weird test. If someone ever tested Dulal's (Kolkata) Palm Candy would never like this.

Just the product i was looking for. Bit pricey but for the health benefits it provides, i guess its worth it

Good quality palm sugar tends to be a bit wet, but this is pretty dry. It tastes excellent, and I have no problems at all with that, but it's hard to use. It's basically big, clumpy crystals that don't dissolve easily into water. The flavor profile is nice, a bit like molasses, but not quite as bitter, with a really fresh floral note to it. It's great for Thai and asian recipes.My main ding is that I just think it's too dry and hard to work with. I'm not sure about this compared to other palm sugars in terms of price, but I'm largely happy with it aside from the consistency.

This does not taste like the real ingredient. Waste of money!
