Short but excellent information.

Amazing information this little book has. A must read for a spiritual aspirant. But many of the exercises are really not practical for a self practcing aspirant, nobody has that much body flexibility to bend legs and all in such ways. I think one would really need a yoga master for that but surely anyone on spiritual journey should read it, knowledge never goes to waste, if you can practice even a bit form the book it's worth it.

This book was clear and concise on the technical elements, while still possessing a philosophical enough tone to allow it to read well. Detailed written descriptions accompanied by clearly drawn images guide the reader towards a clear understanding of the mechanics, and how to best begin incorporating Moola Bandha into one’s own personal practice.
