If it's painted plastic it will work great. If you're referring to the black plastic on a lot of cars/trucks, then no.

Does anyone know how this works on scuff marks from a fender bender? Two white cars, and the marks are black. Thanks!

Rejuvenator will work for removing hard water spots that are stubborn to remove and have not damaged the paint. If the hard water spots damaged the finish, it would be best to use a standard compound to remove the spots.
