Q: Would this hold a dashboard cover in an RV?

Hi, I didn't use it for that purpose but I did a little search and I found on youtube a guy who does an honest review of it so if you search "Nano Tape Review: Put to the Test!I" on youtube by a channel called "Freakin'Reviews" it might give you an idea of how it will work. I think if the cover is a rug like material it may not work so well check out minute 13:15 on the video. it's pretty long so I would put it on 2X speed when watching it. I hope it helps.

Q: is this tape waterproof?

Please note that it is not recommended to use this tape on painted walls, unstable walls, rough walls, powdery walls, wet surfaces or uneven surfaces. Didn't hold extension

I used it to hold extension cable. It fell including wall plaster and paint. It was impossible to take it off the wall without the plaster and paint.

It could not hold a clean power strip on a clean tiled surface for 2 days. I used 10 inches of it.Maybe ok for very light jobs only
