I’ve been wanting to try a Pilates style workout for a while now, but wasn’t interested in dropping $200 plus a month at a Pilates bar. I’ve been looking for another form of workout(s) to supplement my existing eeekly routine to mix it up a bit and help me zone in on losing more inches. So why not try one of these bars??!!!! This workout bar is worth the purchase. It seems durable so far. It’s easy to assemble. It’s easy to adjust the length of the bands to get the best resistance for each exercise. The workout poster helps get right into a workout without having to search for a routine online. There is a QR code to access video workouts and information about the product on the workout poster but I haven’t looked into that yet. To help with this review too, I had weight loss surgery 14 mos ago with pretty consistent exercise the last month so I don’t have a history of being an exercise junkie. I’d have to say though - this Pilates bar is something anyone of any fitness level can do and definitely will benefit from. It will get you sweating and heart rate will reach 100+ on quite a few exercises so you’ll feel it but you set it with the resistance based on the three different bands and length of the bands. I’m feeling like this workout bar is exactly what I’ve been looking for to help replace some of the mundane stretches and exercises I’ve been looking at. I even bought once already for my daughter to help her get more active and trim down her mommy tummy. We’re both pretty excited to see what our results might be!

Love how easy this was to put together and take with me anywhere I travel. Gives just enough of a workout that you can squeeze in during a break from work.

I honestly love this! I use it everyday and it does give a good workout! I love that it also gives examples for the different areas for working out. I've recommended it to a few friends when they can't make it to the gym for a home workout. I also like that its not big and bulky, it can be put up against the wall, the bands are good and sturdy as well.

I was actually very pleasantly surprised by the quality of this item considering the price. Have found some great videos on youtube to use with the equipment. The hand and feet straps are easy to use, comfortable, and stay in place even when barefoot. The only negative I can say is the bar has a length adapter which I have no idea whether I need to adjust or not, it should have better instructions on proper length. Otherwise this is one of my better purchases on Amazon and I would definitely recommend!

I don’t know. The equipment seems decent. The poster and accompanying QR code are NOT helpful. The QR links poorly to an incomplete YouTube page. Personally, to avoid injury, I was hoping for clearer guidance and that is not available here. Thinking on a return for a subscription based product which I thought I was avoiding based on the reviews I had read here because who wants another subscription. I do not feel this is good for beginners without more detail on the exercises, too high a risk for injury from incorrect form.

I’ve used this kit twice and love them!! I had researched a ton of sets like this and something similar, but the reviews for this is what made me buy them. Everything is very easy to use and and very versatile. I love that I can work out my arms, legs, core and full body.My kit was missing one of the green resistance bands; which is understandable when someone is packing it by hand. When I sent a message about this, I had a response within hours letting me know they would replace the entire kit. I felt bad as I only need the one band, but they said they don’t have individual pieces. I offered to give my current kit to my boyfriend and he’s excited and I’ll use the new one. Amazing customer service!!You get a lot of bang for your buck with this kit!! I absolutely recommend it for anyone as you can use the lightest weight up to using all three at once. And I love that it come in a bag so it stays tidy but it makes it convenient to take on trips or even to work if you want to.

I had been checking out this pilates bar for a couple of months. It went on a lightening deal and I jumped on it. I'm so glad I did. This came in a small box, the bar snapped together with ease, the bands and feet stirrups also connected easily. It comes with a workout poster showing exercises for all muscles. I ran through the majority of the exercises immediately only doing 10 reps of each one. I was just trying to get a feel for it, but I definitely felt some muscle burn the next day. I'm looking forward to trying the workout videos and getting in better shape. If you are on the fence, all I can say is this is a great product at the right price and I highly recommend.
