Still works for my ravens - 2 years later
The media could not be loaded. I usually don't bother with reviews, but I've had this for two years now, and it still is working great for "my" ravens who visit me daily. In those two years, one side has only come loose a handful of times and I just wipe it clean and dampen it and press it back on, and it's good for another 6 months without issue. It's only ever completely fallen off once in two years. It's sturdy enough for hefty ravens to jump on and off with no problem. And they can be mistrustful of new things on the balcony and haven't trusted or felt ok with everything I've tried, but they really have embraced this perch (and the bird bath!). I got this for them specifically, but crows and tons of different smaller birds also used it daily. If you're putting this outdoor for wild birds, I recommend getting a little glass suction cup bowl as well (as pictured in the video). It might take them a few days to feel safe enough to try it out, but give them valuable enough treats (boiled egg yolk, meow mix) and they will! For a while I was worried the bottom part would be bad for my window so had taped pads to it, but eventually took those off and haven't had any issues with my window.

If you have a lot of birds its somewhat mandatory.
I had to edit this review because I changed my mind. Yes it's overpriced. Yes it can be a pain with the suction cups. I would still buy it again. But it you stick this on glass (Some tile just wont work) ….Actually amazing. If I were reviewing this just based on practicality the score is a 10 out of 10 for bird owners. I have four birds and all of them super appreciate this perch.

Finally! A superior bird bath!
The media could not be loaded. Just remember to not use scrubbing bubbles or harsh cleaners in the same house as your parrot, using them and having your bird in the same bathroom can kill your bird or cause gradual changes in their lungs/airsacs that will eventually lead to a slow death.I bought this perch for my blue headed pionus, who is about 240 grams, and my cockatiels that are about 100 grams. This perch works great in the shower as long as the suctions cups and the smooth shower wall is wetted each time I use it. I always give it a good test pull down to check if it is stuck good and I always push it really hard so it suctions completely. I recommend removing the stickers on it before using it as I did not think it through and Margaux tried to eat them. She flaps hard and I knocked it once while in the shower with her and I have not had it fall yet. It does move a lot if you knock it from the bottom but this is not a problem as long as you don’t have soap in your eyes and blindly slap out in agony. The perch has good grip on it and she only slips off of the part that is smooth and PVC near the suckers. The width is a little big for her and large for my cockatiels but I prefer having the bigger perch as it gives them more ability to move in and out of the water as they please so the experience can always be a positive one. I slowly introduced my girls and one cockatiel was afraid at first but over several days of being in the same room as it and being able to explore and touch the perch on her own terms she is no longer afraid.

I cannot shower alone anymore
The media could not be loaded. Been using this shower perch for a few years now, and he loves it. I really cannot shower alone. Had to angle it to get suction between the tiles, but still holds up great. The support joints are adjustable with a screw to accommodate the angle, came in the mail flat if I remember correctly. Need a screwdriver to tighten and make secure, but very sturdy when done. The grit is soft for his feeties but has a tree bark grain texture, easy for my bean to hold onto. And it's super easy to clean. Be sure to take it apart and clean the inside as well as it is hollow and gathers bacteria over time. A long baby bottle brush works great.

Doesn't Stay Up
It sure is a cool design, but unfortunately it's to heavy for the suction cups. It doesn't stay up even for my light birds it just slides down to dangerous for them to fall. Had to throw out.

Probably good but ours was defective
Purchased this for my macaw. I could not for the life of me get this thing to stick to the flat tile of my shower. I tried everything! I had to be confident this was gonna be secure and it would fall off. After closer inspection I realized one of the suction cups was deformed, which was preventing it from holding and the source of the issue. I have seen it worked great for other macaw owners so I may repurchase in the future but for now just returning.
