It does what it needs to do!
My optometrist recommended this mask to help with my clogged tear ducts, along with a tea tree cleansing foam and I’ll say this, it works, when I use it! It’s definitely a “user error” not using it daily but I saw a change within a week of using it once a day. I now cry, laughing at jokes and don’t seem like a stoic, heartless wretched woman due to lack of tears. I love that it’s weighted - feels like it’s really doing work because of that 😂 I’ve managed to fall asleep twice while wearing it but it’s typically worn in the mornings while my toddler is sleep, at work - before I start working and at night - listening to whatever’s on the tube. I’d buy it again but with such great quality- it may be a few years. The price point was more realistic in comparison to others on the market. I also like the sense of being pampered soooo there’s that

Happy with this purchase
My eyes have become dryer as I get older, which results in soreness that isn’t as helped by eyedrops as it used to be. I was told to use warm, moist compresses and realized immediately how difficult it is to keep them warm. I found this product and like the idea that I don’t have to throw it away like some products. It doesn’t add a lot of moisture and still is moist enough to soothe my eyes along with the warmth. 30 seconds in my microwave is perfect. It’s clear to me how important it is to check the power of each microwave and adjust the heating time after touching the product to be sure it’s a comfortable temperature before putting it over the eyelids.

Great For Tired and Dry Eyes
I went to my optometrist and he suggested I get a heated eye mask just like this one. He said I have dry eyes and to use a mask a few times a day to help. It works well and does not take long to heat up! I got a different prescription for my glasses so I have a bit of fatigue in my eyes now as well and the heat from the mask does wonders for that as well. It's made very well and the heat lasts a while. I WOULD recommend getting this.

Nice eye mask
Comfortable eye mask. I have been using it to relieve sinus pressure. Easy to use. Heats up nicely and is pretty good at staying heated - compared to other eye masks I've used.

I love this
You're probably here because you've been seeing all the ads about those one time use moist eye warmer things and you're far too practical to buy something that you use once and throw away.I'm glad you're here.I'm no stranger to eye masks for sleeping. In fact, I can't sleep without one. Finding something that was similar and reusable and with most heat was amazing. For starters, this entire thing is 100% microwavable, safe. Yes, the entire thing. The fabric is nice and soft and smooth on both sides no matter how you place it.The zipper can open so that the beaded pouch can be removed, so the mask itself can be washed. The beaded pouch is completely sealed in its own fabric. The strap is sturdy and adjustable.I simply pop this in my microwave, which I think is 1000 watt. I place it on a plate or in a bowl. I push the 30 second preset button that my microwave came with. It is nice and toasty and very moist and allows me enough time to reach my bed where I typically lay down with the mask, and it's still quite warm. When it's at a proper temperature that's not too much, I place it on my eyes and enjoy. I'd say it lasts at least 10 minutes if not longer. I can't be bothered to take notes when I'm supposed to be relaxingNow I'm going to say that it has been a lot of trial and error for me personally, because resting & relaxing is not something I do often. And when I do, I'm usually looking at a screen so having something block in my vision has been a challenge. And all my screen time is why I need this mask. Catch 22.I initially was saying that it felt too heavy to fall asleep with on however, more recently I have been able to fall asleep with this on. Unintentonally of course and I'm not mad about it.When I first started using this and I took it off my vision/eyes seemed blurry. I found out that's just the oils in the eyes, and the more I've used it, the less that's been an issue. I've even noticed more "sleep" when I wake in the morning, something I hadn't seen much of in a long time.In my opinion, this is better than the ones that are one time throw aways, because that is so wasteful. I don't like the idea of plugging in a warming moist eye mask and placing that on my face, nor do I like the idea of having another thing to plug into the wall. I can see where those may be interesting for travel, not having a microwave around etc... but I would much rather than use a washcloth with hot water than have something plugged into the wall that's bringing moist heat to my eyes.I highly recommend this. It is very relaxing and soothing, and part of my nightly routine that I've come from to really enjoy and look forward to.

Very nice plush eye compress
I had been using one that had plastic on one side, and you could see the beads inside. One day I put it in the microwave to heat it up and it blew up and the beads went all over the place. I bought this one and I like it much better. The fabric is really soft; there is a plastic zipper on it that allows you to take the bead bag out and makes it much easier to wash. 20 seconds in the microwave and it stays warm for at least 20 minutes.

More than an eye mask
Have been using this to ease dry eye issues and it's fine. Also used it in a pinch on the back of my neck when I was struck with a 24 hour bug and the muscles in my neck made even lying down unbearable. Heated the pad as normal, then lay down with the mask in the crook of my neck and it immediately relieved the tightness there, allowing me to sleep.

Works For Me For Dry Eyes
I use this three or four times a day for dry eyes. I microwave it for 26 seconds at power 6 in a 1200 watt microwave and apply for 5 minutes. Be careful the first 15 seconds as it can be too hot. I still use wet compresses on occasion, but the mask is my go to device. Note: I have no medical training and have not discussed this with my optomologist.
