This book is incredibly thorough and easy to read!! Definitely fellow-level material

This is clearly not a labcoat pocket book, so why insist on making the print so small?? It impedes reading flow and information retention, and gives eyestrain. I hope that a normal (i.e. larger) print option will be available for future editions, because the content is excellent.Otherwise, very high yield information, with just the right amount of details for relatively quick review of a topic, and covers topics not addressed in larger adult rheum books, like immune mediated hearing loss, CRMO, etc. Excellent for a motivated IM resident rotating through rheum, or for a rheum trainee starting R4 and wanting a relatively quick review of the field before diving into more detailed resources.
