Q: can you add a head rest to the chair

Yes you can. The head rest that works with this chair is the Lorell LLR85562. I used that same model on my chair (an officestar proline II) and it fit perfectly. You simply pop off the two caps in the holes on the back of the chair and install.

Standard weight limit for any non rated chair is 250 lbs. This is as such for this chair.
