What do you mean by 1Hr? To me that is 1 hour and still means noting in relation to video cards. Please explain

It appears that this card surpasses the requirements of the program you mentioned by a considerable amount aince it is a professional workstation class video adapter. The program you mentioned is built upon the Corel Draw engine which is more of a consumer level product. This video card can support up to 4 monitors at 1920x1080. Personally, I use it with AutoCAD and Revit on 2 monitors with 4096 2160 resolution. Since the Geforce RTX cards are similar in most tasks, and better at gaming, they may save you some money. Where my use really excels is in creating renderings. it is 10x faster than previous generation Quadro K1200 cards that i have owned. This card does not support NvSync dual adapter solutions so do not plan a dual card setup with it. Also, I suggest you check with the software manufacturer, because I saw this note of warning there and you should verify that support for the card you choose is provided. *SPECIAL NOTE: Nvidia nForce motherboards are not fully compatible with our security dongle.

can you hook two rtx4000 together with nvlink

The information is not clear about the RTX-4000 on either the PNY or Nvidia websites. The example combinations stop at the RTX-5000. I think the speed decreases so much on each paired option that one RTX-5000 would outperform the double RTX-4000 which is why it is not included in the comparison. Sadly, I have the RTX-4000 and the only time it gives me any benefit is when I make a rendering. In most every other use the card is slower than many less expensive GForce models and particularly in animation, gaming and real time video action. Also, this has been the case for decades, the professional Quadro line is drawn at the 2nd GPU in the Quadro lineup from the NVS and FX times through the present times. Even the RTX-A4000 is not recommended for the enterprise computing servers. The bottom model is still always considered a consumer card from my experience. I have had Quadro cards since the FX-580 and usually am jealous of the GeForce performance, driver updates and enthusiast driven model releases. However, I will say that producing a very complex rendering in 30 seconds compared to 30 min is a humongous improvement for me and lets me provide many renderings to my clients that have iterations and revisions included, where as before I would only have 1 or 2 renderings, and they were always behind in project revisions. I love having 5 or 10 versions of 1 view now, it is very powerful if you are selling your ideas to show comparisons.
