The USB Receiver broke. Is it possible to get a new receiver so I can use my finger mouse again? Thank you.

No, definitely not. I lost my USB receiver, and I researched it out for a definite answer. It is impossible to get another USB receiver that will speak the exact coded signal that your mouse is set to. The upside of this is we never have to worry that someone else in our office is going to inadvertently override our mouse signal, but the downside is that the mouse is forever useless without the unique USB receiver it is matched to.

Will this work on Android OS?

It is a plug and play usb mouse so if you can plug any dur-standard usb mouse into it now and work, you can use this one. It has no drivers whether you want them or not.
