Like a salt or sugar shaker but with sourness
I adore this product! I've often mused on a dumb idea: why isn't there a condiment for making things more sour? There are already saltshakers for salty, sugar packets for sweet and MSG for umami. Well, this is it, as simple as possible.

Haven't opened, but good deal!
Everything looks good, it's nice and full, the seal is unbroken. I got this so I can make sour cream and cream cheese and mozzarella or cheddar cheese with milk or powdered milk. You can watch youtube videos on how to make it but I'm very pleased with how much it came with. Perfect shaker size to start experimenting with!

Essential for Vegan Sour Cream-ish Topping
I learned about this stuff from YouTube's Thee Burger Guy. I added a pinch to Tofutty sour cream like product, and it took it up a hundred notches. Then I made some vegan buttermilk with Ripple to dip my like chick'n nugs before breading. Use sparingly, but it's a fantastic addition to your vegan kitchen.
