The HP 932XL cartridge was delivered to me today in an open box within a sealed bag, and there was no plastic cover on the cartridge as normally is and also without a protective tab. I installed in the printer and it’s a genuine cartridge and the ink level is also correct, however I would not want to order from this supplier again as he is playing around with the product.

After few days of using it and although the ink level is pretty high, black ink is not showing in print. I think the seller refilled the cartridge as the item shows signs of opening!!!

Original , and on time , i depend on Amazon.

H.P. are having a bad joke at our expense. The cost is ludicrously bad value. Rip off product, rip off firm. I know several people who have used non H.P. cartridges in their H.P. printer; and their printers stopped working.

The ink has leaked all over the cartridge area. Has never happened before and can’t get hold of the seller for a replacement. Steer clear!!
