Absolutely fantastic filet knife
To me fishing is more than a sport, it's a passion. I will spend the extra dollars for the best gear possible. My favorite type of fishing out here in the Pacific Northwest is fishing for salmon in our wonderful rivers. I field dress my catch immediately after catching them and put them on ice to keep my catch as fresh as possible and then they go home to be filleted. The Wüsthof filet knife is wonderfully well-constructed, fits so well in your hand, and is razor-sharp. It just glides along the backbone to make perfect fillets and makes minor bone and fin removal so easy. The Wüsthof 7" filet knife is the best fillet knife that I've ever owned, and I owned many, I've been fishing for 59 years.
