Package came quickly. The installation instructions were a little bit confusing, however, after a couple of tries we were able to install it. After that we had no issues with the remote.

Totally didn't work after like a week or two. Basically it turns on my TV so that I can use the app on my phone.

Works perfectly. Nothing unexpected.

I bought the control about 2-3 months ago and the packaged arrived squished. I still tried using the control since it wasn't damage from the outside and it wasn't working properly. The control would lag a lot and the volume button doesn't work. I tried returning it and I even tried reaching out to the seller but I didn't get a response. Due to this my return time period is over and now I am stuck with a useless control. I am honestly super disappointed because for the price of the control and for it to not work is ridiculous.

This replacement remote didn't do the functions of the original one it was replacing. A waste of money. Didn't have the functionality that was advertised. Wouldn't recommend it. Better to purchase an original replacement remote direct from Sony replacement parts.

Works well for the TV after replacing the old one.

Nice & easy to install, now if it would work 100% of the time...its be worth the price...
