Easy to assemble. Our chickens are young and can currently walk right through it. The ducklings grew much faster and are sufficiently contained and I'm sure the chickens will be as well when they are full grown.

This product works great if you double the amount of posts . And use additional stakes to tie down each post. Otherwise it sags, causing electric shorts. You'll hear it zap when it pulses. And you can see the arc at knight. It takes alot more maintenance than our premier 1 fence. Also the Energizer itself quit working after only 6 weeks!!!. $400 and it lasted 6 weeks!! Absolute junk product!

This has helped us so much getting our chickens to quit free ranging and eating all of our fruits and veggies. It hurt a dog the other day trying to get my birds. However, not having a gate kind of stinks. Pretty quick to put up which is a win.

The netting is good but the posts are imsy cheap plastic. Net hangs even when staked and corner poles tied and staked with tension. Expected higher quality posts and had to buy better ones to replace the stock poles. Overall worth it but overpriced. Directions picture a different model and are not as straight forward as one would think. Still simple and easy to install. Just overpriced for the quality.

I love the ease of this product and happy that my kids can move it but when we read the strength of how much volts are being ran through it its barely anything. Fence is in direct sunlight zero trees around it or shade but for some reason doesnt have much power. Doesn't hold my guard dog in but it does make a nice barrier for predators to have to run into first. Pretty much just looking at it till i figure out how to make it throw more power and be able to shock something worth while.

I've had this now about a month and it is disappointing. While it works, it is flimsy and the overall instruction material is sub-standard. The instructions are poorly written or incomplete - no mention of the testing device, which also did not work. There is no mention of a blue indicator light so I had to contact them just to find out it meant the solar battery was charging. The plastic stakes for the netting are thin plastic and let the netting sag even with additional tie downs. The videos and images for the product make it look like it can be installed taut but this is not the case. Given the price, this really does not provide the value I was looking for.

I liked that the fence was easy to use. We moved our meat birds quite frequently. However, it's a lot of fence to move yourself, so you definitely need help. The little ones would squeeze through easily but we put them in a little early, and added some black mesh around the bottom to help with that temporarily. Sometimes tricky to move the chickens, so I would recommend a hose (not to spray them, but spray where you don't want them to go) to herd them into a new area. We still had to catch some that went a stray but we kept 100 birds in there! When they got bigger, we wanted an additional fence because they would clear an area very quickly. So be prepared if you have a lot, move them more. It was awesome that they were technically free range and we even had a mobile coop for added protection. Enjoy the process!
