Q: Do you have a version for left-handed players?

Yes I do have a left handed version. I am planning to upload the product picture and product to Amazon this week and will post again when it is available.

Q: Are these packaged properly so they don't get wrinkled/folded/damaged during shipping? Had bad luck with a different brand that showed up crumpled.

They are packaged properly and made in the USA. The only reason that there would be any damage would be because of the shipping company. Your purchase comes with FANTASTIC customer service. If you have any issues you can reach out to inventor per the information that comes with the packaging for assistance.

Q: Hello, 2 weeks ago you sent a email to me that you will make the 1/2 size guide available in Canada. Its already two weeks as of today and no guides.

I sent them out very soon after responding to your request. They are right now stuck in customs at the border. I am working daily with the carrier to get them through customs and into the Amazon warehouses in Canada. I have also included in the shipment 1/4, & 3/4 size violins, 4/4 cellos & 3/4 cellos. I am hoping in the future to have ample supply of all the finger guides as found in the US market available for purchase in Canada. Please be patient as I work out the kinks that come with going international.

Q: Is there a fantastic finger guide for full and fractional sized viola?

I have created the Fantastic Finger Guides for the entire orchestra and use them in my middle school orchestra program with my beginner and intermediate students. I have been testing them with my own middle school orchestra for the last 2 years. I am planning to release guides for viola in full and fractional sides by the end of May or hopefully earlier. Please check in periodically. Thank you for your patience as I expand the product line. I am building out the line in steps to ensure that customers have the best experience possible. In February I launched the full size cello and this month I will release the guitar and ukulele.
