The product was fine, it just took 3 plus weeks to get it. I would have never ordered it if I knew it was going to take that long.

Bought this because I was curious. The chocolate taste is "thin", missing the deep flavor notes that really make a good cup of hot chocolate. I guess you might like it if you already like Nesquik? It is also only five lights on the dispenser so it takes two pods if you want a full mug. As someone else suggested, go with the Chococino for a richer flavor and also takes two pods (of different products) for a mug or just grab some traditional hot chocolate from the hot drinks aisle and just use the Dolce Gusto for the hot water.
