Q: Do these increase temperature a lot? In other words, if it is hot out, will this do much to block air flow and make it feel hotter inside the net?

Yes it blocks some, but the trade off is getting bitten and have parasites or disease injected into your body that can cause a lifetime of misery. Many campers use mosquito nets under tarps as that is the coolest way to remain healthy and stay cool at the same time.

Q: Does have a floor? Does it have an entrance that zips or what?

No it doesn't have a floor. Also no zipper. You just have to lift it up to get in and out.

Q: Will this net also keep out spiders?

Hello. Thank you for your interest in Coghlan's products. As noted by others, unless the spiders are smaller than flying insects, they will not be able to get through this netting. They can however get under the net unless it is secured at ground level and obviously if the spiders are already on the inside of the net, it will impede their ability to exit.

Q: Where do you get the poles for the mosquito netting?
