I am reviewing - Klhamky 3mm×547yd Macrame Cotton Cord. I saw this being used by a Crochet person I follow on YouTube. She used this cord to crochet Octagon Placemats. I never thought to do that so decided to give it a try. They came out great. Not so much in my crochet skills as I’m still practicing, but it was the perfect material as it was very sturdy, laid nice and flat, and holds its shape. I would only caution the user to be aware this is dyed 100% cotton. If using for placemats understand washing these you would need - hand washing in cold water, laying out on towels to air dry and press flat and reshape. I have not washed mine because I use them as decor on my table. I remove and use other placemats for eating on. This is large enough to make 6-8 placemats depending on your pattern requirement.

Everything they said about this in the description is true. Great quality the thickness was perfect. Color was natural color. Fantastic product. Arrived on time!!

Cord seems to be okay and the color is right. HOWEVER, the yardage is incorrect.The description online states 328yards. The packaging on the cord CLEARLY states 300. Anyone who works with cord knows 28 yards can make a BIG difference in a project.I ordered 2, so I’m missing 56 yards (28 white and 28 blue).*changed review because seller corrected the issue. Did not receive additional rope, but was given a refund. Good customer service is is a plus in my book!

Some of my favorite natural color cord to work with for the price. I order 2 rolls a month for my macrame orders. I will say, on some rolls the cord is not one continuous loop. This only happens occasionally. It’s not a big issue for me, but could be for other people

making a backdrop for my sister’s wedding. seems to be good quality and it is super affordable compared to anything I can find in the craft stores (which is more expensive and is worse quality). however there are multiple rips and tears and places where it’s fraying in the middle. I’ve been trying to hide them the best I could since I’m kind of in a time crunch and don’t have time to return it. but I’m pretty new to macrame so maybe this is normal?

I’m a newbie at macrame but i can say i really enjoyed working with this cotton cord. Its a beautiful color, and very soft, and easy to work with. Even tho it is soft it holds a knot, even a Josephine knot looks great with this cord. It also makes a very pretty tassel. I’m planning to make feathery leaves with the cut-offs leftovers. I recommend taping the ends (which needs cut off anyway) because it unravels easy. It makes so many plant hangers!
