The Tena active fit range are the best medical adult nappies I have found.I much prefer these active fit ones with the plastic backing over the standard cloth backed ones, name is a little deceptive as the cut is identical just refers to the backing, I find the plastic backing much softer and more comfortable against my skin, and also means that the outside never becomes wet after long periods like the cloth backed. Some people might be concerned about the plastic being noisier and therefore more noticeable, however I have found with clothes on the difference is small compared to cloth backed.The fit of these nappies are great, fit nice and snug, and so comfortable to wear. And more importantly they stay put so you can wear them for hours without worrying about then moving and leaking when used, even when used in bed at night they are still snuggly in the same place come the morning.The Maxi’s are thicker and hold more liquid, still a good daytime nappy and I don’t think noticeable through clothing, but certainly more noticeably thicker when walking around, although I still find them comfortable.The Ultima is pretty much for bed use as is a lot thicker and noticeably bulkier when wearing.But if needed, this can be mitigated for day time use by dressing for using nappies (baggier clothes, darker colours etc).

The plastic back is so much better than the other material they absorb loads and bulk out nice when wet but are also super discreet under clothes and you can’t really hear them moving they don’t really leak either they fit perfectly and great value for money and super comfy

They cost a little more but it is worth it. They have never leaked on me at night or in the day and hold quite a lot. Can comfortably wear them for 24hrs without needing to change. They do bulk as expected after quite a few wettings but if you have briefs over the top they mould to the shape so look less noticeable in public. They do rustle as plastic backed but it really better to rustle than leak like the 'breathable' backed one do. They are great for side sleepers too as the plastic sides seem to be much better at preventing leaks. Look good on too even once they are soaked, they do sag once at capacityunless you have support on, very comfortable to sit in even once very wet. Best everyday nappies on the market.

Great quality plastic back is slightly uncomfortable but easy to use and absorbs well so didn’t have to change as often

This is a very strong PVC backed diaper and keeps all the mess in no need for protective pants.

Great amount considering how cheap these are

I recommend as I just love wareing them it has giving me the confidence and I like the feeling leaks are no issue

Excellent Tena Nappies very absorbent and comfortable to wear both day and night.Easy to put on and take off.Easy to check when wet with front indicator.They do the job designed for.
