Q: Can you get a brighter led light?

Thank you for your question. The Comet 7234100 ceiling fan comes with a 16 watt integrated LED and this LED is equivalent to a 75 watt incandescent light bulb and is 3000 kelvin. This does not come with an option for a brighter LED light kit.

Q: I bought two of these non-led models about a year ago. Can they be converted to led with any led light kit?

Thank you for your question. The Comet 7234100 includes an integrated LED light kit and this cannot be removed or replaced. The older version, included (2) candelabra base (E12) 40 watt maximum bulbs. You could use LED light bulbs in this light kit instead of the included incandescent light bulbs.

Q: What is the distance from the ceiling to fan?

Thank you for your question. The 7234100 Comet ceiling fan will hang down 14.25 inches from the ceiling to the bottom of the glass on the light kit when using the 4" included down rod.

Q: Does it come with remote

The 52 inch Comet ceiling fan comes with pull chains. One for the fan speeds and one for the light. This fan is remote control adaptable.
