I am new to crossfit and not used to so much wear and tear on my hands... so they have been getting pretty blistered-up. I tried several different kinds of tape and none of it lasted through my entire workout without falling off. I was about to buy some gloves (but was hoping to avoid that) when I saw this tape and gave it a try... and it worked great! It look a good beating in class and stayed on the entire time. I will say, I only wrapped my thumbs, so not sure how it would hold up elsewhere on the hands but for that purpose it was great. It only came loose after I washed my hands. I wouldn't say this is SCARY sticky.... but it does seem to be stickier than most athletic tapes out there and can hold up decent to a crossfit class. I would recommend and will likely be buying more when I run out.

I use this to wrap ears on my dogs to get them to stand. It's exactly what I needed.

Good Stuff

This tape is excellent, gives enhanced grip and has a strong adhesive hold. Easy to use and tear off pieces, made with quality materials, though it is a bit pricey for what you get.

Provided a tremendous advantage in your grip when doing pull ups.

Tape was cheap and good quality. Worked great as toe wraps for ultra running.

I put it in my sons arm and was not sticky at all it would come off easilyI totally thought it would be great with all the good reviews but I’m going to have to returnThey don’t want me to post a bad review?!

The tape didn’t work for my CrossFit uses - cleans and snatches, as well as the stretchy tape. It was also difficult to remove and difficult to get the tape free of the roll. My eyes aren’t the best so this may have contributed but I’m going to replace them with the stretchier type of tape for ease of application and removal.
