Updated: I added more images to my review and the update is that this bottle is not very durable when dropped. It feels like it would be, but I've now dropped it twice. The 1st time it got a huge dent in the side. That time it hit the corner of a wall, which created the dent. The 2nd drop hit the bottom edge of the bottle and crushed it on that area quite a bit, and caused a big crack in the paint, with smaller areas that the paint came completely off of.2nd update: my bottle has been knocked down more times now, and more damage done. This time it damaged part of the lid that ended up cutting into my finger. Not great...BUT I love this bottle SO MUCH that I ordered a new one! After a few months of use, I've realized that despite the fact that my bottles get dropped, kicked over, etc, pretty much a couple of times a week; and despite the fact that this bottle (being made of aluminum, and having a double wall, which means space between the walls that can dent easily), it's such a much better bottle than any I've had before that I'm going to be brand loyal! I will simply purchase a new one every time mine gets too badly beaten up. For the price, it's damn well worth it to me!Original review:I bought a larger cup with handle and straw lid for my coffee, but ended up using this one instead (this was was going to be for my tea) because it suited my drinking needs better! Here we go...Main bottle:You can't see the color well in my pics but it's beautiful! Perfectly pink! Powder finish makes it feel nice on hands, too. I added a vinyl sticker that went on and has stayed on wonderfully! I'm in love with how it looks. A feature my other cup has that I wish this bottle had is a rubberized bottom. Only thing I don't like about the bottle itself is the clanking sound of metal when I set it down hard. But that's a comfort I don't require. The bottle has kept my coffee so hot for so long that I'm going to have to find a way to cool it a bit before I put it in if I don't want to wait hours to be able to drink it. Lol. Amazing ability to keep hot drinks hot, and I have to imagine it does the same for cold! Lastly, no tastes other than the drink inside!The lid:It screws on easily and exactly as it should. Doesn't leak anywhere! The handle feels strong and isn't too big or too small, imo. The metal locking piece is nice and keeps the top securely closed when needed. I prefer the type of 1 push opening button this has, and it works well. Tiny issue with when it pops open is that sometimes some of the liquid sprays out at me. So I have to push and also keep the lid from coming open too fast at the same time. Not a deal breaker, just a bit weird.The drink opening is perfectly sized! Exactly the right size so that they didn't have to add an air valve hole (I hate that), and it's not so big that it pours down your face when you drink. Something this has that I've never had a bottle with before is-the silicone area in the top of the lid that keeps seals the drink opening when closed is a piece that is nearly flat. Not totally flat, but every other one I've has used these big silicone plug type that were clear. Problems I've had with those are: making it difficult to push the lid closed.. this doesn't have that problem at all.. and: eventually black stains form on them that seem like mildew, but won't ever wash off. As though they are literally a part of the silicone piece. The other pieces dont seem as thick or smooth as the one in this bottle. I don't expect that to happen with this piece, but even if it did you wouldn't see it since the piece is black. I always clean my bottles very well but there is no way to keep this from happening, so I appreciate this different kind of seal piece!It is easier to clean than most bottle, especially because of the way the lid is designed. No strange extra little lips inside the drinking part, flatter silicone stopper, etc. The whole bottle just has a smoother feel than others. If that doesn't make sense to you, just know this-This is the best insualted bottle I've ever used, out of MANY of the years! I will absolutely only buy this kind from here on out!!! Mira, I am yours forever! Please add a rubber bottom to your bottles and make me the happiest bottle owner in the world. 😀

Since buying my first water bottle from Mira, I was so impressed by the quality of it, that it became my go-to brand for water bottles and thermoses. My most recent purchase, which was the 24 ounce stainless steel water bottle, does exactly what I bought it for. Mira water bottles are truly leak proof, they always offer sleek and functional designs, and most importantly, they truly keep beverages cold or hot for several hours. I'm more than satisfied with my purchase of this water bottle, and I will definitely buy more of their products in the future.

Finally!! A water bottle that operates easily with one hand only and actually FITS in a car cup holder (24 oz bottle)! They have a great choice of colors, keep drinks cold overnight and the bottle and lid are easy to wash. The only reason this bottle gets 4 stars and not 5 is because the lid breaks easily so handle with care. The good news is that you can re-order just the lids for a reasonable price. Definitely recommend this water bottle-Love it so much I bought two of them!

3 years later, and this bottle is still going strong. The 40oz is perfect for daily use and the cap is as functional as the day I bought it. No chipping or dents, even with me absolutely manhandling the daylight out of this bottle. Not to mention it STILL keeps my liquid the same temp as when I put it in. Hot or cold. I put some fishing stickers on it and my husband couldn't resist taking it, so I had to purchase another one (32oz) and the quality is still there. 10/10

if you can't afford or simply dont want to spend the high cost of a yeti,( like me ) then you need to buy the MIRA. This by FAR is one of the best thermos' on the market!! And the Best $20 I've ever spent. to put it to the test, I filled both, a Yeti and my new Mira up with a very slushy ( almost frozen ) Gatorade. Closed the tops and left it baking in the Hot Florida August sun for 4 hours 11:00-3:00 which is THE hottest part of the day here. and both of them still had slush in them. it had melted down some but not all the way. I'd say about 1/3rd or less had melt down. Left them both in the parking lot spot where I park my truck, and came back to work the next morning (6:30a) expecting it to be warm and completely melted into a liquid. checked it, and still had minute pieces slush in it. barely, but it was still there, and it was very cold! I hit it with the laser thermometer and it read 34 degrees (F), I was extremely surprised and VERY happy that finally there is a decent, non-expensive, overpriced, and ACTUALLY does what it says it does, thermos that can give the over-priced yetis out there, a run for its money. I've purchased several of these type thermos' before and was disappointed in them, their ads saying they keep just as good as a yeti, and NO, they didn't. but this one? YES!! I'm SICK and tired of companies advertising their product does just as good as a yeti for 1/3rd or half the price, and they dont. and I've tried a bunch ( 20 or so) over time and not one of them keeps your drink as hot or as cold as their ad says it does for as long as they say it does. well I'm here to say, there is at least one the does and I bought it back in August in one of the hottest states at that time of the year. I wait before I write reviews on items, so I can give the products a TRUE test period. I bought in August, and its now December, and have really put it through the mill. this truly performs as advertised, and its easy on your wallet! WELL WORTH THE MONEY, you wont be disappointed!
