Q: Hi will this work on a S3 wet&dry 3040s shaver, as its a charger with 3 folks not 2 on mine

Yep should do OK, the USB charging lead has lots of power.

Q: It's not completely obvious from the images (no end view), but is this a usb-c connector?

It is not USB-C it is USB type A connector, you can tell it's USB type A as it's not rounded and has the 2 black bits on the larger bit of metal. Also referred to as desktop USB, full size USB etc. Not sure why the other answers say it is USB-C when that's a completely different connector type which is used in pretty much all mobile phones now a days and will be forced upon all electric devices thanks to EU law.

Q: Will this fit the silk epil 7 epilator?
