Great Light
The media could not be loaded. The light itself works amazing. It lights up very well and helps keep out driveway/parking area lit up. The quality of the light is pretty good. I like the design of the solar panels being on the back on the light itself.Mounting this was pretty easy since my husband did it! Really though, he was able to get this up and on the pole in about 5 minutes. The mounting pole bracket is pretty stout so it is holding it into place well. We just had 30 mph winds with gusts of 50 mph and the light is still there and in the same spot. The solar panels and charging seem to work really good. The light stays on all night so far and we are in the dead of winter with no actual direct sunlight. We have it set for 30% brightness until motion detection, then it bumps it up to 100% for 10 seconds. We did leave it on all night at 75% one night and it was still lit up when we got up so it charges well and the battery life seems pretty good. The motion detection works, sometimes, sometimes it doesn't, not sure what's going on there. I wish it had better consistency, or a sensitivity adjustment. I think if they were to need an improvement it would be in the motion detection category.I didn't take away a star because i still feel like it is a good quality light and the motion detection does work, just not as well as i would like it to, and i think it could use improvement. Also, i did reach out to customer service and they were helpful and attentive to my emails.

Long lasting
I think I've had this a couple of years now and it still gives off an incredibly bright light. The dim mode works well too. I was expecting far less light for a solar unit and even less as time went on but that's not the case. Only downside (which you may not think about but is kinda obvious) is that it has face the sun. Yeah...duh...but I mounted mine above a south facing garage door so you'd think .."all good'...right? Nope. Because the lamp angles upward 45 degrees it only got the 'edge' of the sun's rays....not full on. Brightness started to fade after a few days. FIX? I turned it upside down. At 45 degrees downward it's getting every bit of sun available. Problem solved.

Inferior Quality/Defected Lights- Not Recommended
Both lights were installed and after 1 day they stopped working. The subsequent afternoon in the broad daylight the light was on which is unusual. The switch was turned on and back on it came off however it still does not function. I can’t understand how both are not working, which makes me feel as if though the lights are either defected or refurbished. Poor Quality and both are not working. I’ve purchased other similar lights from other merchants and absolutely no issues.

Good light. No customer support. Batteries go bad.
They were easy to install and give out plenty of light. I bought 4 of these, 2 sets. The motion detector sensitive and goes on and off a lot when anything in the area. The light lasts all night. Customer service is nonexistent. I had one light go out after 3 months, wrote them twice with no response. Took the cover off and found the problem was the battery. Impossible to find exact replacement so ended up having to figure out all the specifications (which Lovus rounds up on and order parts to build my own. Like everything these days the parts come from China and will take a month to get here. Maybe I will put a kit together and start selling them since no one else is supporting these things.

Great Light, just what we needed
We just got this light today, I opened the box and let it bake in the sun for a few hours while I gathered my tools, set up the ladder and mounted the pole. I mounted it on the telephone pole in my front yard, It is mounted as 13'6". I know that is low from the recommendations, but worked just fine. I bought this light because the end of my driveway is dim even with the 150 watt equivalent LED floods on the peak of my house. I also purchased them because we have had a rash of car door handle checkers in the neighborhood, and I caught one of them on my cameras. so I have been upgrading and adding a lot of security items, 5 more Blink cameras, this light, and a driveway chime that the receiver is right next to my bed.To the point. So far the light is great, comes up to 100% when someone is walking in the road by my house. It is bright, but not 6000L, maybe right at the lens it might be. I took a lux meter on my phone and took a reading under my flood lights. The 150 watt equivalent that are roughly 1600 lumen gave me a reading of 102 lux, whereas the Street light only gave me about 85 lux (screen shots included), So i am going to guesstimate around 1300 lumens. Like I said the street light is at about 13'6", and the flood lights are in the 20 foot range, don't get me wrong it is still bright and will do the job I expected. I will update the review if I have any issues. Great productFirst pic is 30%, second is 100%, third is street light lux, fourth is flood light lux on the house.

Great … for warmer areas
Great solar light but beware if you live in a a area that gets heavy snow they will snap off from the support if you don’t keep the snow off.

Follow up to “I so wanted this to work out......”
UPDATE BELOW PLS READ!Such potential......great reviews, easy install.I cant get it to stay on all night. Baseline 30% charge is just enough to light my pool for security. But the motion sensor keeps tripping to 100%, and the battery runs out after 4 hours. My pool is already closed for the season, I dont know why it keeps tripping, no one is there. Ive played with the remote, watched all the videos on youtube, I cant get it to work so it can stay lit all night. The remote stinks, BTW, many of the buttons are dummy buttons and dont do anything. Whats up with that?SOOOOO disssapointing, such wasted potential.FOLLOW UP-I submitted a complaint, and to their credit, the company sent me a brand new unit without asking for a return of the old one. The new unit is now up for a week and working perfectly- %30 power at dusk until dawn, just enough to light up my patio, and increases to %100 for at least 10 secs when the motion detector is tripped, just like advertised. Easy peasy setup, install and forget. %100 solar powered. Works all night. I now fully recc this product, and give kudos to the company for doing the right thing when they send out a defective unit.
