I bought these as a gift for my niece who's always, always in her phone! I'm going to teach her how to play! I can remember years ago playing jacks for hours with my sister, who was absolutely phenomenal in playing! A throw back game that each female kid should learn to play! The packaging is adorable, they come in a small decorative can for safe and easy keeping! Would highly recommend!

My sister and I are in our late 30s, and these jacks just made the lockdown a bit more bearable. These would make fun gifts for the kidults who are into unicorns 🦄 and rainbows 🌈. Each durable metal jack is almost 1.2cm high x almost 2.5cm wide - 5 silver + 5 brass jacks. Comes with 2 small red rubber balls which aren't as bouncy as I would expect, you might need a bit of force in the throw, but they're not so bad in the larger scheme of things - the important thing is that they have a decent bounce. I got these Jack & Merry ones along with the Rocket Box and the Ja-Ru brands to compare. The jacks and balls inside the Jack & Merry brand are practically the same jacks+balls in the Rocket Box brand. They are smaller than the Ja-Ru Jumbo Jax (see my pictures), but the Jumbo Jax jacks throw differently (see my Jumbo Jax review). Just make sure you put these metal jacks away because they will hurt like Hades when your feet step on them. The lovely unicorns 🦄 and rainbows🌈 container looks really sturdy and great for keeping the jacks away and might not even need to be giftwrapped.

I am playing jacks to stimulate my brain to heal. Swimming and table tennis are the most effective. Sitting in the floor and playing jacks is a lot cheaper thanGetting a ping pong table. Plus I can do this by myself. No partner needed. It takes me back to my childhood when I played for hours. The jacks come in a decorated box with two red balls and 10 jacks. So if you are bored or your brain needs stimulation, this is just the thing for you. Great value for the money. It is good for improving reflexes. And just to have FUN

Good old fashioned game. Easy to learn and play...and clean up! surprisingly entertaining too. My kids loved the unicorn packaging!Got the pick-up sticks last year for a birthday gift - So we got the jacks this year for a stocking stuffer.

I bought these jacks for the fun box in the description, but mine came in a cotton bag. This is unfortunate because the box was the ONLY REASON I purchased it for my kid for camp. Bummer!
