I’ve had hand surgery, so I needed something light weight. This is perfect. It’s easy to handle and seems sturdy. It’s not too large which is important because I’m only 5’2. It got the job done very quick do to the fast speed. I’m 68 and quality products are important to me as I Don’t want to be repurchasing products all the time.

Excellent unit so far. We've used this last fall and now this spring, and it works great. Plenty of power, stable wide wheelbase, easy to see the cutting edge and easy to guide it where you want. The KEY FEATURE for us was the drop down metal guide to run along concrete edges. This sits between the blade and concrete, letting you effortlessly track along the edge without damaging the blade or concrete if you are off a bit, or as it gets knocked around from rocks and such.

This works pretty well for the price. I needed to dig some gardens and this trenched out the shape and edges quite well. The ground was hard and dry, but it still edged with very little difficulty. I am 70 years old- so if I can do it, you can.

Work horse little edger! Great tool, used on severely overgrown yard. Have not edged in over 10 years. This little got the job done great. Order an extra blade.

Great so far... Edged a typical city driveway and sidewalk. The Works edger has plenty of power. I like the retractable guide. As you can see the blade has worn down significantly in one use. I tend run the blade up against the concrete. The blades are inexpensive and a wear item so I'm not concerned. This helps me keep a straight cut. Grass does plug the safety shield, but it's better than edging manually... I'm happy...

It took a lot of effort to make an edge for the first time after installing new grass. I had to stop every 3-6 feet to clear the mud from the blade and protective cover.I am hopeful that going forward it will be much easier with the initial cut being complete.

Product works great. I purchased this after getting frustrated with the lack of power from my Dewalt Edger (DEWALT DCED400B 20V MAX Brushless Cordless Edger). While the Worx one has a cord, I pretty satisfied so far. I would have just bought a echo gas edger, but my yard is pretty small and I couldn't justify the high cost and having to deal with the 2 cycle engine.
