Very bright which lights up large room. Long lasting so far.

I have a Zephyr Tornado III hood. When one of the bulbs burned out, I need a replacement. The LE GU10 bulbs were perfect. The bulbs are somewhat brighter than the original Zephyr bulbs which makes the cooking area easier to see. If you bulbs are recessed and difficult to removed, definitely order a GU10 suction cup. Highly recommended.

When one of the halogen bulbs in our master closet went out, I looked around and decided to try these. I've used 5000K in my woodworking shop for many years because it makes the colors more realistic, and I figured that would apply to a clothing closet as well, and I'm very happy to report that it does! The light is more widely dispersed than it was from our halogen bulbs, which is also a very good thing for a closet. The open space in our closet between the clothing racks is about 4' x 8' and the overall light level with four of these bulbs replacing four 50W halogen bulbs is roughly the same, but it's so much easier to clearly see the clothes (because of the more even dispersion), and the colors are clearer (because of the 5000K) ... no more carrying a pair of pants into the bathroom to determine whether they are black or dark blue!

I've had an IKEA 'elbow' lamp for a decade. I bought a box of Halogen bulbs at the time, they have wonderful bright light for artwork, and last a long time. However Halogen are so hot they scare me. I just finished the last bulb and was pleased to see they now make an LED version. These are cool and daylight bright and neutral are also wonderful for artwork.- For the environment, I'd prefer, if they came in a paper box as the IKEA bulbs. These came in a plastic package inside another box, secure for shipping but more waste to recycle.

The media could not be loaded. The recommendations for this product are excellent, as my kitchen seemed dark. When they arrived, my husband installed them the same day, and it was amazing how everything changed. My favorite place, the kitchen, is now fully lit, just how I wanted it. Recommended.

Specifically used in the kitchen for over-the-sink lighting, these work very well in providing the right amount of light. Line them up, press them into the socket and twist. No flickering and they cast the proper beam path for our needs.

These are bright white and really bright, almost too bright.
