Easy to use and effective.
Works great for grabbing a snake from a safe distance. I like it so much I now own 3 so the snake doesn’t get away bc I have to go get the tool from my UTV. The only problem I ever had was once I couldn’t grab a snake hard enough bc the lock tab got in the way. The lock is probably useless and shouldn’t be used since you have to squeeze the grip to set it which leaves the spring stretched all the time which will weaken it over time. Easy to remove the tab though. I hold a snake with one hand and use a phone app to determine if it is poisonous before deciding its fate.

Best Reacher Grabber of all!
After trying Several of these reaching grabber items, I have found that this one really is the best. It's sturdy and lightweight and just the right length. Any longer would be too awkward to control and any shorter would not reach far enough. You need it just MORE than an arms length. I Pull items out of boxes when they have dropped into there and I can do it with this without standing on a step stool so it's perfect. It's also very well made and feels like the cable and handle can handle a fair amount of weight. Maybe up to about 5lbs or so? Worth the money. A great purchase.

Best grabber on the market
We bought this to go on the riding lawn mower to pick up things as we mow. It is beyond good, it is great. Strong enough to pick up just about anything that is in our path, sticks, stones, trash and much more. Where has this been for so many years that we climb on and off the mower.

Snakes? NAW, STICKS!
Just like the intended use for this marvelous, sturdy device, we live in a deep woodlot, More trees than you can shake a snake at. These trees *love* to shower the driveway and drainage ditches with hundreds of broken limbs, branches, what have you. Previously it would take an hour of practically crawling and falling to keep the culverts clear. This reduced that time to 15 minutes, all while standing with good posture. If you get your method right, you can grab a broken branch and with a swing of your arm and a good timed release you can toss those about 15 feet easy. If only every "grabber" tool had this jaw design... Lastly, if you have branches that are too low, you grab the ones just out of reach and pull it down, grab it with your hand and pull some more. Use your pruner to clip off. THIS "snek" tool is so much more useful than you can imagine. I have donated all of my useless grabbers to the Habitat Store. This tool replaces them all. Oh, and for snakes that we have in our woodlot and around the house? Hava nice day and keep up the good work! They are going nowhere.

Snake grabber
It is a excellent snake creeper is really stable it make a little bit of a noise inside of the solar throat but otherwise it's safe to use if you know what you do it can harm a snake or kill it if you press too hard on the handle but really strong will buy it again I use mine and catch a few big snakes it's a thing out of thing for that product
