I have been taken this herbal tea for many years. It doesn't have a aromatic taste, but it's very good for relaxation. If you have too much stress at work or at home, it's a good idea to have one tea daily. What I like the best it's the fact that it's a natural product. The tea is fine, but one of the boxes was unopened but somewhat smashed. It came in an envelope & was not well protected.
