i got the beard for collage and it was perfect but then the folding mechanism broke, i ordered a replacement part and got it 6 months later. but now the mechanism has broken again in the same way. its good but only lasts 2ish years

Did a lot of looking around for a foldable board and found this one was recommended by reviewers. This is an ideal travel board and is the latest version (3.3). Very happy with the build, it is clear they have taken care to improve the board with each version. I swapped out the bushings and bearings but only as I had better ones to hand, the stock ones went went well. It carves well as the deck has a lot of flex even with the folding element, you can move your backfoot to a slightly raised tail to get deeper carves. It does not replace a longboard or a surfskate for glide or carving of course but if you need to save space and an easier carry for a trip somewhere you can't go wrong with this board bth.
