I don't think so. I think the sizes are colo coded.

My son is a youth 5 shoe size and I the blue fins fit him well.

The XXS is for sizes 1-3 so it could be a little big. We currently have a new XXXS coming soon that will cover sizes 12-1 which would work well for your son. It might be a few months until they are available for purchase though.
