Q: Does this foundation transfer onto your hand if you touch your face? Also, would setting powder be necessary even if I have dry skin?

After the foundation dries, I noticed no transfer if I touch my face. I moisturize my face prior to putting this foundation on and then use a translucent powder. My skin is dry and I don't really need the powder, however, because I use a moisturizer and I prefer a matte finish, I do this. I hope this helps you.
