Q: what tint percent is the dark black wrap?

I think the dark is 20 and smoke is 35.

Q: Does this change the color in your headlights?

No it does not chance the color when you us the headlights.

Q: Im looking for something like 40% Is that what any of these tint are?

I believe Vvivent sells blackout, 20%, 30%, 50%. I ordered the 20% and it still allows the lights to be seen in daylight when not turned on, but is still dark enough. I love my purchase and very pleased

Measure your lights and leave a couple inches extra on each side. Maybe if you have small lights it’ll work but I used 1 roll per car basically. I split 2 rolls to do veloater headlights.
