Q: is this chain sturdy enough to be tugged on?

This is mostly a show piece so I wouldn't drag around someone's full weight by the collar but yeah, you could give the wearer a quick tug by the chain to pull them in for a kiss or something.. The locking mechanism is a bit flimsy though so be careful not to pull on the actual lock body.

Q: Accidentally locked both keys on the heart lock. Is there anything i can do ?

I was never able to open the lock with the keys...I purchased it twice, same outcome. Good luck!

Q: What metal material is the chain and lock made of?

I had this choker also and it was made with cheap metal. Matter of fact there only one I could find that was real stainless was from Ace Channel. Pretty sure that's right. It's a very nice collar but it takes some getting used to. Totally real stainless. You have to send them your measurement.

Q: how many keys does it come with?

The one I received came with two keys.
