I ordered some other neoprene products but returned them. I liked that this one wasn’t itchy and was long enough and the Velcro is sturdy enough to wrap tight!!!I have a hard time sweating and this helps. I’ve used with and without creams and works well either way. Every time I finish the workout it’s loose on me because it literally reduces all the bloating from my abdomen.I thought maybe it was a gimmic and that I would just re bloat but I do notice every day looking slimmer and feeling less and less of my love handles and pooch. Helps especially if you bloat like cray cray before your period like I do.Maybe part of it is psychological. I like to work out harder to sweat more with it on. I’m ok with that.I noticed a difference in as little as 3 uses and I currently work out 5 days a week with it 2 days of lifting full body for 1 hr, and 30 minutes to an hour of intense kickboxing 3x a week.I am eating an autoimmune friendly diet.

Love this! Easy to use, has great quality, fits nicely and ive noticed since i got it, ive had to fasten it tighter.

It fits nicely. Could have been a little wider. Velcro is sturdy and easily removable.

I sweated a lot with it! I don't usually sweat much, especially in my abdomen area, but was surprised to see how much I sweat both times I have worn it, so far. I walk, jog, and run. I loved the length and width too. Also, the velcro is very strong! A couple minutes after putting it on, I feel the warmth and heat. It's great! Pain relief, I don't know bc I don't have that, but it is very supportive and comfortable. It's so comfortable, I'll wear for yoga, but haven't done so yet. Shipping was super fast too

Overall this waist trimmer helps but not the best I’ve used. One issue is the Velcro losing its ability to grip over time, this causes the belt to get more loose. The other issue I found is that the inside material does not promote sweating as much as something with a rubber like material. Overall I think there are better options for weight lose and slimming.

What I don't like about this product is that I only got it2 says ago and wore it twice the product is all stretched out already it dosent go back to its origanal size and my waist line is not really extra large my waist line is 36 and I probably an inch or two xtra on my waist that i wanted this product to push i it in but ita all stretched out dont recomend this to be a 5 star,product ,,,,,, I will give it like a 2 star not happy at all 😞😞

The waist trimmer is adjustable which I love. It will fit many body types. I love how it has the pocket for my cell phone on the front. That helps when I'm on the treadmill with wire headphones. You can fell the heat coming from it but I don't ever feel sweat running down my stomach or back which makes it easier to work out longer. It does a great job supporting my back. I couldn't give it 5 stars on the helps with pain because I don't have any pain before or after exercise but I'm sure it helps.
