Q: does this mat come in 4x8 size

Q: Building a ramp outdoors for older dogs to get up steps on deck would this work and be durable outdoors?

I believe that this mat would work great. The little nubs are not too tall and would work at getting some dirt off their feet as well as some grip if it were wet. I have one at the back door that is over a year old and it is in great condition. The only thing that may break this down is excessive sun, I am in Florida and I keep my mats in the shade.

Q: Will this will trap moisture from accidents (cat box misses)? I want a no spill! I see it will trap the litter which is great.

That is exactly what I use this for, and it is PERFECT. No messes anywhere and using the hose attachment on a vacuum is great for cleaning up trapped litter.

Q: how do these mats/rugs do in snow, especially after the snow has been around for awhile?

We're in Georgia, so we don't see much snow, but we do have some wonderful ice storms every so often. We got these at the beginning of this year, but we also had a very mild winter. The mats are quite heavy duty and have endured a lot of traffic thus far, so I would imagine they would do well.
