BadAce Low-Profile Scout Picatinny Rail for Mauser Yugo M48, Turkish K.Kale, Spanish M43 & VZ.24

The instructions are very easy to follow and there is also a video that you can watch. It took me less than 20 minutes to remove the factory rear sight and install the mount. I haven't put the scope on yet because I am still waiting for it to arrive.

Got here fast, just as described, easy to install, and turned my old rifles come alive to my old eyes. Fitted with 2.5 pistol scope on both and they work great in scout configuration

Installation was surprisingly easy, works perfectly for my Turkish K.Kale Mauser. My only complaint is its very limited in picatinny compatibility because more slots weren't cut out. The distance between scope rings has to be either 70mm or 80mm. If your scope doesn't fit that, you'll either need wacky offset rings, or a different scope.

Retaining pin just freely slides right through a Yugo M48 mauser retaining pin hole. Unable to secure the mount. Emailed Badace, they gave further instructions. Once the mount is leveled out and tightened down the retaining pin stays in no problem. Very quality product with the machining, packaging, and instructions. Just make sure you get the right mount for your type mauser.

Tried to mount to a m48 Mauser. Out of the bag item had a slight twist to it. The instructions were very vague both adjustment screws stripped right away once mounted best I could it was definitely warped and pointed way off to one side and way high. The best option on the market was a pure disappointment. Would like to return and maybe try a different one. But I'm afraid the damage done to it may be a bit beyond the return policy.

Just installed it today and mounted a vortex scope on it. I had some trouble leveling it with the elevation screw but after a while, I got it. Also, when you’re installing the mount make sure not to tap the insert screw that holds down the mount to the sights too hard or else you will bend or warp the metal which has the threads that hold the main screw onto the rifle. Just take your time and watch the install videos over and over again.

Solidly built and easy to install. I love this company. I have bought about ten mounts from them and have been impressed with each one!

It was easy to mount. Leveling was ok. Problem is it doesn't withstand the recoil from the 8mm. Keeps coming loose even with lock tight. Even used the red stuff and still came loose. I'd try the cheap $15 version first.
