This board is well engineered and constructed from using layers of laminated wood. I am out of town 12 to 14 days monthly, so I bought a second slant board to keep at the second location. I like also the multiple angles that it can be adjusted to. This board is ready to use and better than making my own. Be sure to have your favorite muscle rub handy a couple of days after using it. I like Bio Freeze 32 oz.

This product is extremely sturdy. I like that it has 3 different angles for stretching and knee strengthening exercises. The grip pads help with stability and prevent sliding. I personally like them better than the toe rest or stoppers on other models.

This is great for stretching my calves for my planter fasciitis. I feel the stretch more than doing lunges against the wall. I also like the adjustability of angles and it is very sturdy and yet light weight. This folds down flat for easy storage.

It’s a rather well built product, easy to set up and so easy to use. Your calf’s and ankles will stretch and so strengthen. A minute a day is all it takes! The price might seem a bit high, but if you use it every day for a year, it’s about ten cents a day. And having it at home means you don’t need to depend on the gym!

The adhesive traction tape came off literally on day one. Other than that the product is very sturdy and functional.

This is the board that I used in therapy and it helped me stretch my muscles. This is a great tool to start your morning. Thanks Amazon.

1. It does the job. I got it yesterday and today I got some sets of cyclist squats done perfectly fine on it. No stability issues.2. The workmanship is pretty bad. There's random bits of wood flaking off the edges I suspect I'll get a splinter on this soon. The wood feels unfinished and would probably rot if it was exposed to moisture - including sweat. No reinforcement or tape on the handle. The hinge design is bad and will probably wear down over time.Overall, meh. I won't shed tears when it's gone, but I won't return it either.
