3 X 5Pcs SONY CR1616 Coin Cell 3V Lithium Watch Battery Made in Japan

I'm a locksmith and install batteries pretty often for clients. I purchased these back in late 2022, along with some other batteries from this supplier while I worked my way through my old stock.While doing a battery replacement for a client their remote would not work, so I switched the batteries and keep having the same problem. After going through 5 batteries I decided to test the batteries to make sure the clients remote wasn't the problem. Well every battery was dead. Package for the batteries read "2029 or 2030" good date on them. Very odd thing. So I decided to check all the batteries I purchased from this supplier and about all of them were dead, besides a few that read between 20%-40%. I knew the packaging looked off compared to the other Sony batteries I carried, but did not think nothing of if until now.Every battery in the bag is dead and here is the tester I used to check these batteries.Edit: Supplier was Hillflower USStore

I ordered batteries because the description stated "Made in Japan"The batteries received were made in Indonesia.Returning batteries.

I received 3 packs of five batteries each, so I won't need to buy batteries again for my car keys, like ever. Came fast, as described. Work beautifully. Thank you.

I paid for 3 packages of 5 batteries each I received one package with 3 batteries I am filing a complaint. this is shady.
