Bought and installed a while ago. Still works great and long lasting. I had to have an expert install.

Works great with my DW Pro 2. I’ve had the same headset for 2 years and haven’t replaced the battery. My original battery was starting to die after less than 1 hour of talk time (I have about 7 hours of talk time per weekday). This new battery holds a great charge. I only charge my headset overnight and while I’m at lunch. Since installing the new battery 4 months ago, I haven’t had a low battery warning at all.

I ordered a set of batteries to replace my headsets that my employer gave to me under previous management. When I had problems with the batteries in my old set, they opted to buy a new, but much cheaper headset. It was awful.. couldn't get more than two feet away from the "dongle" without signal issues. Fortunately, these batteries brought my old headsets back to life, and now I'm able to use my good Sennheiser headset again!! Worth getting these batteries if you're experiencing shortened life, the bars suddenly going from half to dead, etc.

When I became a manager, I found an Sennheiser OfficeRunner in a desk drawer in my office, new in box. I doesn't fit our tech standard and was dead, probably being several years old. This batter was the first step in bringing it back to life and being the only one in the org with that headset.

It works just fine. I was getting a lot of interference with the headset and thought it was the battery going bad. The issue still exists, so it has to be the headset.

My unit is over 12 yrs old, and was only charging to one bar. While there were discount batteries, given the longevity of the original, I went OEM. Charged to four bars over night - a good (sound) investment. Highly recommend. Be careful, the plug is in there firm and don’t break those small wires - I was concerned, but everything went well.

What's to say - good price and works well. Makes my Office Runner happy, seems to even help with the range (not sure entirely why that would be - most likely because a longer range needs a stronger battery) and most especially makes me glad to be back again at around 12 hours of use.

This replacement battery worked exactly as I expected. Nothing more... nothing less. So far, the headset is being powered just fine. Easy install... no fuss. Good replacement battery.
