Pray, Eat Right and Take Rapid Bone Aid
I am going to give this product a early 5 star review. I will update when I have my follow up with my doctor on April 19th.So my story goes as follows (just in case anyone else can relate). I broke my femur in a dirt bike accident on February 24th. Was picked up by helicopter and flown to the nearest trauma center and underwent surgery the next day. I received a intramedullary nail and 4 screws in my left femur. Surgery went well. Only thing is that I splintered a piece of my bone off at the break.....so it wasn't a clean break unfortunately. So, after a couple of days I was released from the hospital with 0% weight bearing for two weeks. When I returned for my follow up the splintered piece still had. It decided to mate back up with the femur. So I was told to do 20% weight bearing for 6 weeks. I am 26 years old, very athletic and active, a volunteer firefighter and my wife is 25 weeks pregnant. So as you can see this was a really bad time for all of this too happen.So....fast forward......I am now two weeks out from my follow up with the Doc. I am feeling great! I almost have my range of motion back and the pain has nearly gone away. I can finally sleep at night as well.So....why all this jabbering....I would like to say that a lot of it is due to diet and following the doctors orders and my PT routine. But I think a lot of it has to be making sure your body is provided the right nutrients to fix the problem you have. With out the necessary building blocks you can't build a strong foundation. Thanks to rapid bone aid I feel that I have been provided with 90% of what I need. I still take a vitamin D supplement and a multivitamin daily. I also take a fish oil supplement. So how this stuff taste.....I don't think it's as much of the taste as it is the texture. But I found a secret. Naked juice! I got the green machine naked juice that's loaded with good stuff anyway and put it in there. Bingo bango! Easy to take down and was actually easy on the stomach. No running to the bathroom for me! The first couple times I put it in yogurt and it made my stomach hurt for a little bit. But that's to be expected right after a major surgery and throwing something new into your diet.Overall I think this is a great product. Obviously makes it easy to get all the necessary things your body is looking for during this time of repair.I would say get this product. It's worth the money. It's one thing you can do to move in the right direction. The rest is in Gods hands. So pray, eat right, and take rapid bone aid!

Great Product.
Let's start from the beginning. I was in a motorcycle accident and of course the car and the curb won that round. I was rushed to the emergency room and had surgery on my right femur and right ankle. I also broke my left hand and left toe. My femur shattered into 7 pieces so it was expected to take longer to grow. After 6 weeks I had a follow up appointment and was told my ankle, hand, and toe were healed. My femur however was showing no growth. I was devastated and told to think about a bone graft or hip replacement surgery and come back in 6 weeks and see if there was any growth. I got home and searched for calcium supplements. I came across an article that explained the dangers of too much calcium without also increasing other minerals and nutrients. I than searched for the other minerals and nutrients and came across Rapid Bone Aid. I decided to give it a try instead of buying 19 different pills. The product is tasteless so I mixed it with a protein drink 3 times a day. It gave me diarrhea but it was good exercise going to the bathroom. After a week my body adjusted to the product. It's a little grainy but still tasteless. After a couple of days and 4 weeks it was time to see the doctor again. He came in and I was ready to tell him bone graft but then he told me to stand up on my leg. He said he doesn't know how or what I did but the femur began to showing growth. I'm now partial weight bearing as tolerated. I believe this supplement and all the information that you get is more than worth the price. I highly recommend giving this powder a chance and follow the instructions and information you receive. It's a lot more helpful and informative than what the doctor says, I.E. "don't put weight on it."

Good product, icky taste, try my tips
If you have a broken foot and done a bit of research, you know you really need all of the vitamins and minerals in Rapid Bone Aid in order to accelerate your recovery. This also comes with a booklet full of more helpful information, including cut back on sugar, get more sleep and keep the blood flowing. However, I would much rather have all of these vitamins and minerals in pill form so that I could just swallow them with a bunch of water and be done with it. I have tried the powder in smoothies, coffee, tea, juice, all just ugh in such a large dose. Today, last ditch, I put some serious chocolate ice cream and milk in a blender with two scoops (not the full recommended three) and it was actually good. So I just sent the hubby to get me a gallon of chocolate ice cream. My tips:--Even though three scoops are the recommended daily amount for a fracture, start with one and work your way up. My digestion was adversely affected the first couple of days. You do not want to have to run to the bathroom if you have a broken foot.--Read the free book. The maker has studied this field and what he has to say is more detailed and useful than what I got from my foot doctor.--Live it up and make a Rapid Bone Aid milk shake. One of the recommendations is to triple your calorie intake while healing. Sorry to have to sugar up my calories with ice cream, but it beats gagging.I am three weeks in on my injury and have not healed miraculously. But you have to give your body the best chance possible, and having all 20 of these essential nutrients in one powder beats going to the store for 20 bottles of pills you may not need again.
