This stuff works. I'm not a big fan of herbal supplements but for some reason this syrup works immediately and keeps me from coughing for hours. Also it tastes nice believe it or not! Solves that tickly, itchy, sudden need to cough and cough.

After using this product for over 10 years it’s no surprise that it’s been used for centuries to relieve sore throat and coughs. I keep some on hand so at the first sign of trouble I’ll take a couple of spoonfuls before bed and I wake up feeling good to go.

I was concerned over some negative reviews about the taste but it’s surprisingly mild and easily tolerable (speaking as someone who is a very picky eater and sensory sensitive!). It’s thick and a bit sticky so it can be a little annoying to pour out and clean up, but the effect it has is worth it. I teach special education and lose my voice frequently, especially during cold and flu season and this was a game changer! The syrup, along with Grether’s voice pastilles and steaming, helped me get my voice back more quickly, even during heavy use.

I love this herbal syrup! It works well for the respiratory system. My 90yr old mom was wheezing for weeks. After giving her one teaspoon she stopped wheezing and coughing finally. OTC syrups just wasn’t working.
