Emailed Customer Support with Amazons help. This would have been a better product if it has lasted longer. the case is great overall. Ive only been using it for about 4 months and now when I charge the case, it does not charge my phone. so basically I have a case that does nothing. I have to take off the case to charge my phone as the battery and connector do not work anymore. when you plug the case in by itself, it charges the case, when you place it on a wireless pad, it charges the case, but it will not charge my phone when it's in the case. If I wanted a basic case that does nothing, I would have bought one. the bezel is also to short to make any difference if it were dropped on the face of the phone. I did like the fact that I could use a lightning connector to charge my phone and not have to purchase additional cables. I did like that I could also use my iPhone headphones but I did have a few issues when I tried to use some lightning connectors that were not Apple headphone jack.

Charging case is good. It just continuously connecting and reconnecting to apple car play and my computer when it’s plugged in. Sending it back for an exchange I will update if the issue stays the same or changes

Great product. This is the second one of these battery cases I bought by this manufacturer. The last one held up for a year and a half and even now holds a full charge. The only reason I bought a new one was because the top piece of the case that locks the phone in place, wont stay on anymore due to me dropping it too many times. Highly recomend

It’s not supported to my iPhone XIt’s not charging!!They send me another one which works good for some days then it’s stop charging

This case has everything. Lightning cable port, wireless charging through the case, no logos, and a large battery.I attached a spigen universal kickstand to it and it’s the best case in my arsenal now.

Had a small problem with the top cover of the case, but the company shipped me a brand new one for free. Customer service was excellent and the case is very high quality.

Battery life is wonderful and it has a great feel only thing is you have to reset the phone once in awhile in the case to correct the problem of it not wanting to charge but pulling and sliding the phone back in fixes that

I bought 2 of these and neither one charge my phone x when pushing the button for 3 seconds. It looks like the lighting connector on the battery is missing it looks like a metal post.
