Costa Del Mar Men's Blackfin Round Sunglasses

NOT glass lenses. Numerous reviews say that but they are poly/plastic. Period.There is no built in spring mech for the ear pieces. For this much $ you should get that...BUTThe optics for water and air sports are second to none. Put these on and go out to surf, boat or fly and you'll be assured of zero ambient light getting in around the corners and perfect polarized non-glare lenses enabling you to see everything in complete detail.They're expensive but worth it. Recommended and wish they had actual glass lens options, but these are darn good sunglasses that don't necessarily need a leash to keep them on your head in the water (although one is recommended if you're really going to surf or swim).

OK let’s get the most important question out of the way: are they real? Yes, the ones I received are authentic with all of the correct markings and packaging including the normal Costa zipper case. I ordered the 400g (glass) and that is exactly what arrived. For those who don’t know, the “g” designation is for glass and the “p” is for polymer. The 400g are lighter than the 580g but heavier than the polymer lenses. Polymer are lighter but don’t compare with the crispness of the glass. For me, the 400g are a nice compromise between that two. As for style, these are pretty straightforward. The frames are squared but not too sharp and fit my face well. They are extremely comfortable, especially if you wear your sunglasses for long periods of time. The price was right and it’s tough to beat the Costa warranty. Give them a shot.

The contour of these glasses fit my face perfectly. Unlike other glasses, there is absolutely no sun getting through these lenses. Most frames allow for small areas of light to penetrate under or around the frame, but these are contoured so well that there's no unwanted light. I've had multiple compliments on them so far and would recommend these to anyone. Definitely worth every penny spent, even though I have no complaints about the price point. You get everything and more for what you pay for these glasses. I love them!

I really like these glasses. These are my first pair of Costas. The lens are made of real glass and the price does reflect this, however I did get a decent price on these compaired to some retail stores. I appreciate the quality of the frames and the polarized lens. One thing that I noticed immediately is how once on, your eye socket is enveloped from outside light. This has given me good clarity in seeing through the water without glare seeping in through the sides. I'll definitely purchase another pair of costas

Don’t waste time looking at anything else. I did that for you already. Lost my Costa’s and in a pinch visited my local “big box” outdoor department stores looking at my options. Thought about getting something else in same price range. The next evening I ended up buying a pair of polarized Oakley’s($200). Day and a half later...ordered my Costa’s. No comparison. Polarization, integrity of lenses, everything. These are the ones you want.

What can I say the glasses are nice. They work as I've been told. Frames are a nice fit but the arms are a little too tight. Trying to find the right one on Amazon is a pain because of how they are laid out shopping wise. Whether this is the fault of seller or amazon I'm not sure. But all together I'd buy another pair if needed

These are by far the best sunglasses I've ever owned and I am a Costa customer fit life now. I really like the look as well as the quality of the glasses themselves. They wrap around your whole head and there is rubber that goes around the glasses so they will not fall off. Also comes with a very nice zip up hard case. Best if all is the polarization. Nothing like it. Ray ban would charge you $80-100 more for polarized lenses for sure. I have checked prices. These sunglasses are the best especially for their price. Highly pleased with these and will recommend to anyone.
