Good one for gym lovers. U won't feel Fatigue during workout.

It's a very nice product, with good purity of ingredients and is not too sweet. It's not saturated with sugar like similar products of other brands are. It's quite effective in improving body heat, immunity and reducing cold like symptoms. Price is reasonable.The consistency of the paste is not the same in all bottles, sometimes thick and grainy and other times smooth and flowy as described in other reviews. But it seems to be giving the same results.

Full of GUR (Jaggery) and Sugar as per their own ingredients chart which is in every box. How is it Ashwagandhadi Lehyam? Name it GUR Lehyam instead. There is NO Green Dot also to prove it is a vegetarian product. Kerala Ayurveda should clarify all these and their phone number is not functioning and also WhatsApp replies after few days, all lethargic people.
