I have an older set of Gold Pro Ears. The simulated leather soft side protectors started flaking off and the microphone covers fell apart. This seemed the perfect solution and this kit is described as applying to the Gold model, which I have. The kit packaging I received does NOT match the description on the Amazon listing instead stating it is for P-200, GS-P300 and P-300 models. My ear covers have no ID other than gold lettering and a serial number. The old soft side covers were tough to remove and I checked the size and shape of the replacements. They appeared the same. As the replacements "snapped" into place the cup split at both head band pivot points. I called the 800 number for Altusbrands in the instructions and was promised an RMA number by email. It hasn't arrived and my $300 Pro Ears appear ruined.
