My reason for buying these Ice Cream Sundae Cups was, foremost, that they are small. The paper cups I’ve always kept in stock here at the house before were both larger sizes than this. My husband and I — both of us, the new-middle-aged elderly (me 70, and him 80) — remain ice-cream junkies. He is the one who always brings us our regular ice cream after-dinner dessert, and he’d really pack that ice cream tightly into the larger cups, regardless of my requests to not fill it so high. Bringing me food is, I think, his favorite way of saying that he loves me. He especially loves to see the happiness on my face when he brings me my favorite — chocolate! It’s practically become a staple too, then, of course.So, how to keep the pounds off in these later years of ours and, for me, how to reduce the amount of fat in my blood became major issues for me. I finally found these smaller Kraft paper cups! Initially, upon receipt, and still, I have loved the fact that they are tan, rather than white. I hadn’t thought of that before getting them in. My requests to my husband to use the tan cups was an easy, clear-cut way for me to ensure I didn’t get either of the larger white cups. At first, he grumbled at my requests for them, but he complied, for me. For himself, he continued with the larger white cups — for a while. I’ve noticed over the last several nights that he’s switched over to the tan cups for himself, even! I’ve been delighted! It means I get to keep him longer!As for the cups themselves, I cannot find a single thing to knock them for. They fit perfectly in my hands. They still manage to accommodate whipped cream — eek! How’d I let that get started? (It’s only been a recent thing; should be easy to ignore replacing it.) At 70, if I don’t want to grab the cup at bedtime and take it with me (along with my tablet, phone, and remotes), to the kitchen on the way to bed, only to try dropping just the cup into the trash, I don’t have to. Olders, not elders, are exempt. Just remember that it still holds whipped cream well! It can sit till morning because you can’t beat this cup’s durability to stay there all night with a ring of liquid cream in the bottom! It stays right there and air-dries, doesn’t seep through, and doesn’t affect the outer texture of the cup. Should it attract any mice, my husband’s cats will have a fantastic night of it!I am grateful for these Ice Cream Sundae Cups! Sometimes a second more-active party can negate the inner wishes, even though spoken, of the other party when concrete limits are set too high. That was the case for me with the two sizes of larger white paper cups. Lessen the physical (too, visual and tactile) limits and stay a little thinner. I’m not thin, by any means (contradicted constantly by my husband, but what does he know? 🙄 …. 😁). I just don’t want to get any bigger. Ah, this becomes a health tip!

Cups were exactly what I expected and worked well for my needs.

Purchased for spreads, berries, nuts, etc. For charcuterie boards. Love the natural color, it goes with everything, and will use throughout the year. My daughter also uses these foe quick snacks for things like trail mix.When I used them on a bagel board I was able to get an entire container of cream cheese spread in one - albeit slightly mounded, but they were the perfect size.

In all honesty, I ended up returning then without opening them because I ended up buying something else with a design on it instead. BUT, they were packaged in first plastic so I could see them and feel them and I can say they did seem to be very good quality and quite sturdy - especially for the price. They also appeared to be coated on the inside, so if you're wanting to use them for something wet like ice cream I think they'd hold up for sure. Had I not decided to go with something with a design, I would not have been disappointed at all with this purchase.
