Quality especially at the price point. No smell, no taste. Just eat something shortly after to get your gut goin.plenty of benefits to be had, just do a minor search. Great supplement. Will order again.

Good for delayed ejaculation.
Seems to help with delayed ejaculation as some recent studies imply.

Excellent product if you suffer from delayed ejaculation.
Do a Google search for L-histadine and delayed ejaculation. If you have it you know it. There have been studies that show L-histidine reduces the time it takes to get there. Five capsules for me about 30 minutes before an encounter worked miracles. It was nothing for me to go an hour or two trying to finish. This allowed me to increase my sensation and now can complete on average in 15 minutes. Be very careful though because too much of this can cause premature. I took this for 3 months and now I don't have to take it anymore. Finding information on treatment of delayed Ejac is very obscure on the web. This stuff works for sure.

As described, but didn't work for me.
I picked these up because I had seen the studies that showed improvement of eczema symptoms while taking l-histamine, so I took about 4 grams a day, like in one of the studies that showed improvement in most patients, and unfortunately it didn't make any noticeable difference for me.

Beware for those who are Histamine intolerant
I took a risk on this even though I'm Histamine intolerant. I was well aware L-histadine is a precursor to histamine. I took a risk hoping this would relieve my eczema due to cold and dry weather. At first it gave me some relief and thought it might work out. However, eventually I got histamine build up and starting breaking out in rashes. Rashes subsided after I stopped supplementation. Unfortunately for the Histamine intolerant like me, I got a bad reaction.

Helped cracked heels
I took 2 capsules every morning on an empty stomach as directed and I just finished the bottle. I don't think it's a coincidence that my very dry cracked heels are almost completely cleared up because I have had this problem for a long time. In just 2 months there has been a dramatic change. I also have problems with allergies so this helps with that also. Will order more.

Hope it works.
Will be using for 2 months to decide if it works. Was impressed with good info on the label.Always worried about stomach upset with any new supplement. Tried first one today and no problem so far.
